Zacton Press is owned and operated by a published fiction writer and is aimed toward taking the intimidation out of the manuscript appraisal process. We know how difficult it is to part with your work and wait nervously for feedback. Because of this we want to make the process as painless as possible, providing you with constructive criticism and helpful, onging support.
And now we've gone national! Zacton Press has a business agreement with EveryWrite Appraisal and Editing Service. Zacton Press and EveryWrite are still independent businesses but together we can offer you a wider range of services. Zacton Press specialises in novella/novel length fiction appraisals, including erotica and GLBT, and we can also offer assistance in concerns to self-publishing in eBook format. However, we do not offer a service for non-fiction or poetry. EveryWrite does offer these services.
Rates are exactly the same for both Zacton Press and EveryWrite. You will find EveryWrite on our Contact Us page.

Our Plans for the Future
Rather than remain a manuscript appraisal, editing and eBook format service, Zacton Press aims to spread its wings into the publishing industry. We are currently in the innitial planning stages, hoping to launch an ePublishing agency first and, once established, offer small print runs to our best selling authors and titles.
We aim to be a publishing company run by published authors. We hope to publish mainstream fiction under the Zacton Press company name, and also launch an imprint of Zacton Press specifically for the alternative/erotica genre. This also includes GLBT fiction.
